AiboTask supports admins, dispatchers, supervisors, and technicians. If your organization already uses the platform, sign in and use the in-app support channels or contact support.

Support channels

  • Web support: internal panel inside the application
  • Suggested email: support@aibotask.com
  • Initial coverage: Monday to Friday, 08:00-18:00 (ECT)
  • Critical escalations: coordinated with the tenant administrator
