How does the Personal plan trial work?
If the App Store or Google Play confirms that you are an eligible new subscriber, you get 14 days at no cost and are not charged today. When the trial ends, the store charges the price and period shown before confirmation; the subscription auto-renews. Cancel in the store before the trial ends to avoid the first charge.
Do Team plans include a trial?
Starter and Pro include a 7-day trial. The subscription then continues with the selected plan and period. Prices are in USD and applicable taxes may be added at confirmation.
How does offline mode work?
The app stores data locally and syncs when connectivity is available.
How does Aibo assistance work?
Aibo assistance helps draft notes, organize observations, and validate fields inside the same operating workflow.
How is security handled?
We use role-based permissions, encryption, and audit history per organization.
What payment methods are supported?
Subscription payment is managed inside Aibo.
What does the customer buy?
The customer buys software access by subscription. The customer's own organization operates teams, users, and processes.
