Plan first, seats after
The subscription starts with a plan. That plan includes a minimum number of seats, features, and monthly capacity.
When the team needs more people inside Aibo, additional seats are added on top of the active plan.
Why there is a minimum
In real operations, more than one person is usually involved: someone coordinates, someone executes, and someone reviews.
That is why the public plans have a minimum base. It avoids selling an incomplete experience that does not reflect how the team works.
